Dueshill Farm is a fascinating estate located about an hour's drive northwest of Newcastle, amidst the picturesque, hilly landscape reminiscent of Scotland. This 400-acre retreat boasts a rich variety of natural landscapes, including river and marshland, heath, meadows, and mixed forests, complemented by significant elevation differences.
Its history is deeply intertwined with human civilization, dating back to the Iron Age, as evidenced by the remains of a Hillfort on Harehaugh Hill, near the manor. The estate has seen many owners over the centuries and was once part of a larger domain that extended beyond the River Cocquet until 1998.
❝What do you want to achieve and what are we going to do?❞
❝Combining the useful with the pleasant.❞
When working in an organization, it sometimes seems like there's a hiccup. But what's really going on? You actually want to move faster, you want to truly grasp the core of both opportunities and problems, but it doesn't quite work out. Everyone works in their own way, and the patterns that have emerged can be difficult to adjust or change.
Meet our trainers: Vincent and Marloes. Based on our joint experiences, we can put together a program that will help achieve the desired goals.
